How and why do we make films? Which are our own stories and how are they born? How do women filmmakers write and think about other women on the screen? This film adventure transformed not only the creative setting but also our own production dynamics. This is a bumpy journey of self-discovery, a staging that pursues an artistic group by disorganizing its own gaze. ARK: http://id.caicyt.gov.ar/ark:/s22504524/gkzwek5bj A lo largo de este artículo recorremos el proceso creativo en torno a la realización de nuestro Trabajo Final de Grado Ellas en el cine, un cortometraje de no ficción que tuvo por objetivo explorar a través del encuentro con tres realizadoras argentinas y de nuestra propia experiencia realizando el filme, qué es aquello que pone en movimiento la mirada en el hacer cinematográfico, ¿cómo y porqué hacemos cine?, ¿de dónde nacen y cuáles son nuestras historias?, ¿cómo las mujeres realizadoras construimos y pensamos a otras mujeres en la pantalla cinematográfica?. La aventura fílmica transformó no solo la configuración creativa sino nuestras propias dinámicas de producción. Este es un viaje accidentado de autodescubrimiento, una puesta en escena que persigue a un colectivo artístico desordenando su propia mirada.
