Such frequent characterization in the annals of Inter-American jurisprudence, raises attractive problems regarding the degree of interaction that interpreters establish between Constitutional Law and International Human Rights Law. Según la sugerencia de algunos expertos, los sistemas internacionales de tutela de derechos humanos no sólo han auspiciado la consideración de los tratados internacionales como documentos paradigmáticos en la labor de adjudicación constitucional por los operadores nacionales, pues también han patrocinado un decisivo canon hermenéutico en virtud del cual deben merecer un tratamiento especial en tanto se presentan como instrumentos vivos, cuya exégesis tiene que acompañar la evolución de los tiempos y las condiciones de vida actual. Tal caracterización frecuente en los anales de la jurisprudencia interamericana, suscita atractivos problemas en torno al grado de interacción que los intérpretes establecen entre el Derechoconstitucional y el Derecho internacional de los derechos humanos.
