description The critics to forms of cruelty instilled in our society have reached a high degree of inte- rest, especially due to femicides and the consequent criticism of patriarchy. Although this can also extend to the problematic division of the species between animals, humans, and non-humans that focuses on suffering, a feeling reserved for the dignity of the human per- son.  These moments of unnecessary and avoidable pain that we suffer as sentient beings, cha- llenge the academy to initiate or to deepen certain lines of inquiry weighing the effects of individual, social and cultural transformations.  Motivated by the hypothesis that Rita Segato provides in a denouncing tone, which is that feminicides enroll in modes of transmission that respond to pedagogies of cruelty. During 2019, we made a proposal of extension entitled “Laboratory of thought: Counter-pedago- gies of cruelty. Body and experience.”  From different trajectories and institutional insertions, we are in between the philosophical and pedagogical task, and we warn that the elaboration of counter-pedagogies of cruelty is only an incipient path, but with indications that account for the need of development.  At the same time, we have the conviction that by addressing this thematic, in addition to recovering, expanding and advancing certain theoretical lines of research that we have been conducted, it also paves the way towards the construction of counter-pedagogies of cruelty, where the emphasis is placed in what happens to us, what it evokes or how certain readings affect us. Therefore, a counter-pedagogy of cruelty implies transformations in modes, per- haps the most instilled, of transmission. With these elements, we appreciate the university extension in continuous training as a clo- se, feasible and powerful option to support what has resulted in a “Thinking Laboratory.”

With these elements, we appreciate the university extension in continuous training as a clo- se, feasible and powerful option to support what has resulted in a “Thinking Laboratory.”  Las críticas a formas de crueldad instaladas en nuestra sociedad han alcanzado un alto gra- do de interés, sobre todo a partir de los femicidios y la consecuente crítica al patriarcado; aunque puede extenderse también a la problemática división especista entre animales hu- manos y no humanos que pone en foco el sufrimiento, sentimiento otrora reservado a la dignidad de la persona humana. Son momentos en que el dolor innecesario y evitable que padecemos en tanto seres sintientes interpelan a la academia a iniciar o profundizar cier- tas líneas de indagación sopesando los efectos en transformaciones individuales, sociales y culturales.  Motivadas por la hipótesis que Rita Segato divulga con tono de denuncia, cual es que los fe- minicidios se inscriben en modos de transmisión que responden a pedagogías de la crueldad, durante 2019 realizamos una propuesta de extensión titulada “Laboratorio de pensamiento: Contra-pedagogías de la crueldad. Cuerpo y experiencia”. Desde diferentes trayectorias e inserciones institucionales, nos encontramos entre el que- hacer filosófico y pedagógico, y advertimos que la elaboración de contra-pedagogías de la crueldad es apenas un trazado incipiente, pero con indicios que dan cuenta de la necesidad de desarrollo. A la vez, tenemos la convicción de que el tratamiento de tal temática, ade- más de recuperar, ampliar y avanzar en ciertas líneas teóricas de investigación que venimos llevando, abre el camino hacia la construcción de contra-pedagogías de la crueldad donde el énfasis está puesto en lo que nos pasa, lo que nos provoca o cómo nos afectan ciertas lecturas; por lo tanto, una contra-pedagogía de la crueldad implica transformaciones en algunos modos, tal vez los más instalados, de transmisión. Con estos elementos, apreciamos la extensión uni- versitaria en formación continua como una opción cercana, factible y potente para apostar a lo que devino en llamarse un Laboratorio de pensamiento.  A crítica às formas de crueldade instaladas em nossa sociedade atingiu um alto grau de interesse, sobretudo no caso do femicídio e a consequente crítica ao patriarcado, embora também possa ser estendida à problemática divisão das espécies entre animais humanos e não humanos, que se concentra no sofrimento, sentimento outrora reservado à dignidade da pessoa humana. São momentos em que a dor desnecessária e evitável que sofremos como seres sencientes desafia a academia a iniciar ou aprofundar certas linhas de investigação, ponderando os efeitos sobre as transformações individuais, sociais e culturais.  Motivados pela hipótese de que Rita Segato divulga com um tom denunciador, que é o de que os fés-minicídios estão inscritos em modos de transmissão que respondem a pedagogias de crueldade, durante 2019 realizamos uma proposta de extensão intitulada "Laboratório do pensamento: Contra-pedagogias da crueldade". Corpo e experiência". A partir de diferentes trajetórias e inserções institucionais, nos encontramos entre os filosóficos e pedagógicos, e alertamos que a elaboração de contra-pedagogias de crueldade é apenas um esboço incipiente, mas com sinais que mostram a necessidade de desenvolvimento. Ao mesmo tempo, estamos convencidos de que o tratamento de tal tema, além de recuperar, expandir e fazer avançar certas linhas teóricas de pesquisa que temos realizado, abre o caminho para a construção de contra-pedagogias de crueldade onde a ênfase é colocada no que nos acontece, no que nos provoca ou como certas leituras nos afetam; portanto, uma contra-pedagogia de crueldade implica transformações em alguns modos, talvez os mais instalados, de transmissão. Com estes elementos, apreciamos a extensão uni-versa em formação contínua como uma opção próxima, viável e poderosa para apostar no que ficou conhecido como um Laboratório de pensamento.  Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
