Likewise, an approximation will be presented about the ideological causes that led the Shining Path to initiate a "Bourgeois-Democratic Revolution" in 1980, eleven years after the Agrarian Reform of the Military Government. And, mainly, it will analyze how the armed actions of the Shining Path in the rural area came into contradiction with Mao Zedong's own postulates about the position of the peasant sectors during the first decade of the period of political violence (1980-1990). Esta investigación buscará analizar cuál era la visión de la dominación y el orden social en la región del centro y parte del sur andino durante la década de 1980 según el Partido Comunista del Perú-Sendero Luminoso. Asimismo, se presentará una aproximación sobre las causas ideológicas que llevaron al PCP-SL a iniciar una denominada “Revolución Democrático-Burguesa” en 1980, once años después de la reforma agraria del gobierno militar. Y, principalmente, se analizará cómo las acciones armadas de Sendero Luminoso en el área rural entraron en contradicción con los propios postulados de Mao Zedong sobre la posición de los sectores campesinos durante la llamada “guerra popular”.
