They made groups and each one of them addressed the ateneo format, laboratory, workshop and project in order to work in the following:Social studies in terms of TICScience with the use of simulatorsLanguage and literature with the production of podcastThe trainees proposed different classes to high school students. Teachers were able to give actual meaning to their lessons, innovated in each of the areas and took the current educational model in pursuit of educational improvement. La experiencia reseñada surge de las capacitaciones destinadas a docentes de Educación Secundaria en “Formatos Curriculares y TIC” en el año 2016 en el marco del Programa Conectar Igualdad. En ellas se ofrecieron modelos innovadores tanto en la gestión de las clases como en el uso de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas. Con modalidad de taller, en cada una de ellas se abordaron los formatos ateneo, laboratorio, taller y proyecto. Las áreas disciplinares seleccionadas fueron:Las Ciencias Sociales en clave de TICLas Ciencias Naturales con el uso de simuladores La Lengua y la Literatura con la producción de podcastComo resultado inmediato, los capacitandos propusieron clases diferentes a sus estudiantes de Educación Secundaria. Reformularon así sus prácticas áulicas, innovaron en cada una de las áreas y resignificaron el modelo pedagógico vigente en pos de la mejora educativa.
