Provision in which the word "brothers-in-law" is found. In the preceding enumeration, the provision in which the word "brothers-in-law" is found must be added, since "brothers-in-law" belong to the category of affines and precisely to the "collateral affines in the second degree" indicated in Art. 278, first paragraph, mentioned above. The provision to which we refer is that of art. 185, para. 3, which includes, among the persons who are exempt from criminal liability for theft, fraud or damages that they cause to each other, brothers and sisters-in-law, if they live together. Art. 278, primer párrafo (Ocultación. Los afines en línea ascendente y descendente y los afines colaterales en segundo grado están exentos de pena por el delito aludido. El art 279 advierte que dicha exención de pena se entenderá siempre que la ocultación no se haya hecho por precio o participando de los efectos del delito) . N° 2. -Disposición en la que se encuentra la palabra "cuñados". En la enumeración precedente se tiene que agregar la disposición en la que se halla el término "cuñados", dado que los "cuñados" pertenecen a la categoría de los afines y precisamente de los "afines colaterales en segundo grado" indicados en el art. 278 primer párrafo, mencionado antes. La disposición a que nos referimos es aquella del art. 185, inc. 3°. que comprende, entre las personas que están exentas de responsabilidad criminal por los hurtos, defraudaciones o daños que recíprocamente se causaren, los hermanos y cuñados, si viviesen juntos.
