| Sumario: | The presence of Tulostoma subsquamosum has been confirmed in Spain and by extension throughout Europe. Only a reduced number of records of this species were made in India, Pakistan and Argentina. A macroscopic and microscopic study of Spanish collections was carried out and compared with T. subsquamosum and T. melanocyclum holotypes. The most important features are illustrated by microphotographs and scanning electron microscopy. |
