Bifurcations in thin spherically symmetric radiating shells

The conclusions of Ref. 1 are confirmed, using the shell formalism, relativistic effects could eventually be detected in X-ray bursters. We show in this letter that the oscillations could play an important role in the oscillation spectrum of these astronomical objects.
