| Sumario: | Albert Camus' essays are full of mythological references. The invocation of Greek mythology, in particular, calls into question: between the illustration of a thought and the argumentative support of a point of view, the essayistic text of Camus is strewn with multiple Greek mythological references. This cannot be fortuitous and prompts us to seek the reasons for a procedure applied to "modern" times and civilization. If one considers that the recourse to mythology is a kind of indirect expression, there is also reason to wonder about the scope of a direct speech. What efficiency (or inefficiency) can the two have in this case? Les essais d'Albert Camus sont truffés de références mythologiques. L'invocation de la mythologie grecque, notamment, interpelle : entre l'illustration d'une pensée et l'étayage argumentatif d'un point de vue, le texte essayistique de Camus est jalonné de références mythologiques grecques multiples. Cela ne peut être fortuit et incite à rechercher les raisons d'une procédure appliquée au temps et à la civilisation "modernes" . Si on considère que le recours à la mythologie est une espèce d'expression indirecte, il y a lieu également de s'interroger sur la portée d'une parole directe. Quelle efficacité (ou inefficacité) peut avoir dans ce cas l'une et l'autre ? |
